I’m occasionally experiencing issues signing in or loading content in the app, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear it. Here are a few steps you can take to ensure you have a great experience using the app:
– Verify that you have a strong internet connection. You don’t have to be connected to wifi although we do recommend that you are during use.
– Verify that you aren’t connected to the internet via VPN and that additional security/firewalls are disabled as they can cause problems.
